The Regulatory Compliance Services (RCS) team ensures the domestic and international compliance of geographical or catalog business expansions when doing so requires leveraging multiple capabilities or involving multiple teams.

Key job responsibilities

As RCS Program Manager, you will
- be the RCS point of contact for compliance stakeholders in the region (Legal, Business, other compliance teams);
- conduct risk assessments related to new regulations and new product assortments in the region, and propose risk mitigation measures to corporate compliance;
- conceive, deploy, and manage projects to mitigate compliance risks; and
- contribute to improving and enhancing the processes and systems used by the RCS team worldwide.

A day in the life

You interact with potential internal customers, i.e. Legal, Business or other compliance services to understand their challenges. You work with other RCS team members and our operations teams to come up with solutions. You participate in the project prioritization and allocation process. You implement your projects coordinating the work from all involved teams to ensure timely delivery. If you detect an area of improvement, you surface it and make a proposal: in addition to customer-driven projects, you own projects to enhance RCS capabilities.
