What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of audio communication systems within complex defense platforms.
- Coordinate technical activities and ensure alignment across disciplines, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Define system architectures, interface requirements, performance specs and verification plans and activities.
- Act as technical focal point with cross-functional teams and guide junior engineers when needed.
- Lead the integration, validation, and verification of the designed systems.
- Participate in design reviews and interface with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability and cybersecurity standards applicable to Defense Systems. What Makes This Role Different

- Strong background in systems engineering, preferably for Audio/Voice Communications in different Aircrafts (Military, Civil, Traineer, Combat),
- Experience (more than 5 years) in defense, aerospace or other mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of systems lifecycle: architecture, requirements, integration, validation, certification.
- Experience as CVE, even in a different discipline,
- Ability to lead technical discussions, manage complexity and drive alignment.
- Familiarity with tools like DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, CAMEO, ICDMS or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in Systems Modification Processes and Certification.
- Knowledge of AIRBUS D&S Design Procedures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Electronics, Systems...).
