Buscamos para nuestras oficinas de Barcelona un **CUSTOMER SERVICE**/BACK OFFICE para el departamento comercial nacional/internacional.

Formando parte del equipo de Customer Service, se responsabilizará de las siguientes

**Funciones**:

- Gestión de clientes con atención telefónica y correo electrónico
- Entrar en el sistema los pedidos de venta y presupuestos
- Seguimiento con el departamento logístico y transportistas
- Tramite de autorización de despacho y gestión de la documentación de exportación
- Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con la gestión del pedido
- Seguimiento de cobros e impagos
- Tareas administrativas generales de apoyo en organización de ferias, viajes, reuniones...
- Según necesidad soporte nacional

**Requisitos**:

- Formación: CFGS Comercio internacional o similar
- Imprescindible experiência anterior 2-3 años en tareas administrativas
- comerciales en mercados nacionales e internacionales.

Se valorará muy positivamente la experiência en mercados internacionales.
- Imprescindible buen nível de inglés. Muy valorable otro idioma (francés)
- Valorable experiência en empresa del sector químico.
- Usuario informático avanzado. Deseable experiência en ERP ODOO.
- Experiência en documentación y tramites de exportación
- Buscamos una persona ágil, flexible y resolutiva. Persona muy motivada y con ganas de trabajar en equipo en una empresa en continuo crecimiento.

Valoramos que la persona tenga iniciativa y habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
