UX Researcher

The role will be based ideally in our Barcelona office but could be based in one of our other offices in Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Riga, Paris or Wroclaw as well. As a UX researcher you'll be responsible for helping agile teams leverage customer insights. You will carry out exploratory and evaluative research with different user roles in 8+ countries. (mostly remote but if covid permits also sometimes on location.) You'll be collaborating closely with fellow researchers, product and program managers and designers to help sennder be more insights informed and bring user research and UX maturity within sender to a higher level. Further you will have the chance to have an impact in shaping the user research practice and influence decisions around growing the research team at sennder. **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL** - Conduct discovery research such as interviews, diary studies or co-creation sessions to understand the current situation and identify new opportunities - Conduct evaluative research ("how well does this solution work for our users?") or support product owners and designers in doing so to gather feedback on potential solutions your product team might explore - Support and advise non-researchers such as product managers and designers in carrying out their own studies - Triangulate qualitative findings with quantitative methods - Work with data experts and analyst to perform statistical analyses - Support in creating customer journeys and personas - Support in further expanding and building up the research practice and research framework at sennder. - Facilitate workshops or support in workshop facilitation ***:**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE** - Are experienced in planning and carrying out user research using different research methods of generative and evaluative nature - Are able to translate your insights and findings into actionable recommendations for design, product and program management - Have very good English language skills - Are very curious and know how to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of things - Have experience working with different stakeholders and in agile environments - Can argue your choices - **Have a portfolio to showcase the way you work with case studies** The cherry on the cake would be :) - Speaking several languages (e.g polish, or baltic languages, french, spanish, italian) - Service design and or facilitation experience - Interest in research ops ***:**ABOUT SENNDER** sennder is moving trucks with the power of data to unlock endless and sustainable capacity at unparalleled quality.
