**UX Researcher**

We are looking for a person who is empathetic, insightful, flexible and resolute

**Your role**

**As UX Researcher, responsibilities will involve**:

- Conduct user research and concept development.
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods together with other researchers and CX colleagues.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.
- Adopt collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with the design team and engineers throughout the solution validation and implementation cycles.
- Participate in recruitment activities for user research.
- Drive UX vision in alignment with project roadmaps.
- Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience. Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**Requirements**:
**As a UX Researcher your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- 4+ years professional experience and proven track of successfully delivered outcome from research activities.
- Experience using analytics data to inform decisions.
- Experience on doing research activities (collaborative workshops, interviews, shadowing, card sorting, etc.).
- Strong organizational and analytic skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- English speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Some tasks we expect to be done in this role**:

- UX and Usability Reviews: Heuristic test, definition of information architectures, card sorting. Contextual interviews and user testing.
- Mind maps, workflows, functional maps, user stories, service blueprint.
- Customer Experience Services: gathering feedback from customers and representative users, enforcing Service Design Thinking techniques (customer journey maps, idea generation, expectation maps, agile development, storyboards).
- Insights and data reports.

**Skills we'd look for**:

- Knowledge of UX research methods and tools.
- Experience doing UX research.
- Empathy.
- Analytical mind.
- Great communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Resolute (used to work in fast paced environments).
