**The Opportunity**:
As a IT Service/Product Owner, you will be at the core of our Sales Data Cloud operation. You will oversee end-to-end responsibility for your designated service, becoming the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technological world. Through your dynamic leadership, you'll coordinate a team of developers, ensuring the creation of innovative data models and online dashboards that empower our business decision-making.

**Your Journey with us will include**:

- Assuming full ownership and accountability for your assigned service within the Siemens Sales Data Cloud
- Orchestrating a team of developers, fueling the creation and maintenance of data models and interactive dashboards
- Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating technical language into accessible business insights
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continually enhance our service offerings
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Steering the team towards agile work methodologies and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement

**The Toolkit You'll Need**:

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in IT product or service management
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business language
- Experience in leading employees, ideally within a global context
- A thorough understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles
- Hands-on experience with creating data models and interactive dashboards
- A deep understanding of the value of data and analytics in business decision making
- An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
