**Who we are.**

The objective of CYS Infrastructure Security (CYS INF) is to keep all horizontal functions and platforms at Siemens cyber-secure and safe - today and tomorrow. CYS INF guides and shapes cybersecurity for the Siemens Service and Governance units (S&G) and provides optimal support with services and expertise and delivers such through service level agreements. We develop and implement jointly with Siemens IT the cybersecurity of the main horizontal platforms (e.g., M365 platform, Sales platforms including Xcelerator Marketplace, Data Analytics, API, SAP).

CYS is shaping the future of industrial cybersecurity and invests in innovations that will drive the future of cybersecurity in industrial environments to a higher security level. To create room, liberate capacities and optimize use of funds, current cost structures require constant optimization (technically, cost wise, speed wise,) and effective operations. Automation and use of analytics are two examples of important levers that supplement the expert know-how of the entrusted team. Developing the team’s expertise and know-how, supporting the team members to reach their highest potential (expertise wise as well as personally) are a major part of your role, this to ensure that the entrusted team is fluent with the state of the art in their area. The role demands for active and collaborative interworking with the various roles within CYS and CYS INF and across Siemens to achieve the most effective and aligned operations and future readiness.

**Your mission**:
You will lead a team of experts in multiple locations (Germany, Portugal, and Spain) delivering services and cybersecurity support to several units of Siemens IT as well as for selected Siemens S&G units.

As Siemens is transforming and growing the digital business, Cybersecurity plays a decisive role in maintaining our customers’ trust. Therefore, this role will require a growth mindset, open for disruption and changes and the ability to inspire the team by translating the vision into team engagement and commitment.

The role will require development of new approaches and implementation of continuous improvements of key processes and procedures, effective resource management of assigned team of experts, coordination of internal and external partners for service and support delivery. You will collaborate with service managers and service owners, share insights from our Siemens S&G units as well as Business requirements and based thereon, engage in shaping and driving current and new services. You will align with various stakeholders of our S&G units as well as those in our various Businesses across Siemens to enable transformation of our services and support, in line with the Siemens transformation and our digitalization journey.

**As Business Partner Head for Siemens S&G units you will**:

- Manage entrusted expert pool in line with the business model of CYS INF
- Drive people development as the most critical success factor as well as resource planning
- Supervise team performance, develop metrics for constant learning and know-how development
- Be a motivational team leader with excellent people management skills to drive team performance
- Optimize operations, e.g., via automation or use of data
- Support S&G units and internal customers/partners to reach defined cybersecurity objectives
- Develop and manage operational KPIs (e.g., expertise development, cost, time, quality, availability) aligned with the CYS INF business model and CYS as well as drive financial performance of own unit within the overall budgets
- Resolve capacity bottlenecks quickly and effectively, when required
- Establish effective reviews including feedback cycles with the assigned Siemens units
- Work with your partners in the Siemens units to identify new service offerings and support associated tendering activities from a service delivery perspective
- Build, maintain and foster long-lasting relationships with stakeholders

**To effectively act in this role**:

- Degree in IT, business management or similar
- You have 8+ years’ experience in building and operating a service delivery organization on basis of state-of-the-art methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and required tools
- You have proven experience in disciplinary and functional leadership in an international, multicultural matrix organization
- Moreover, you are able to motivate others with new ideas of what is possible; you inspire and get inspired by being in touch with leaders across Siemens and the industry to understand current and future demands
- You are keen to constantly drive for less bureaucracy, leaner processes, and faster decision-making by empowering your team with calculated risks
- You are well-versed with cybersecurity and relevant standards and frameworks like ISO 270001, NIST, IEC 62443
