Microsoft Advertising (MSA) empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through digital advertising solutions on the Microsoft Advertising platforms. We are seeking an Account Manager - Media & AdTech Solutions to manage the clients of Microsoft Advertising’s Media and Programmatic solutions. Our Microsoft Advertising MATS group empowers large agencies and buyers to achieve more. In this role, you will help us build the evolution of our advertising product suite for this segment with new Media and Programmatic offerings. The individual in this role will bring advertising knowledge, display/native sales experience, client obsession, a passion for innovation, best practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:
- Optimizes the existing book of business to achieve sales targets, by solving client needs and educating them on our solutions
- Delivers excellent sales hygiene, consistently executes against pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals
- Partners with Account Executives (AE) and Specialist teams to develop and execute account plans, leveraging winning sales strategies replicated across clients and client types.
- Learns about client’s business drivers, compelling events, seasonality of business to identify opportunities to optimize consumption.
- Goals focus on Microsoft owned media and programmatic growth, as well as cross Microsoft opportunities
- Influences Stakeholders and Decision Makers by sharing data insights and product demonstrations, bringing to life how Microsoft Advertising can increase business results.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales
- OR equivalent experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales.
- Experience in online media or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience.
- Account Management or Account Executive experience across a managed and scaled book of business with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
**Other Requirements**:
- EU Work Permit required,
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of effective performance, exceeding sales targets, high productivity, and meeting deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital media across native, display, video including some combination of Sales, Operations, Service and / or Sales Excellence.
- Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive amid ambiguity.
- Knowledge of Spanish Agency landscape with established connections.
