This Is What Your Role Looks Like

As an Account Manager Retail Media in Spain, you’ll be based at our HQ in Madrid and play a key role in building and growing our retail media proposition in the Spanish market. You’ll connect with advertisers and media agencies, advising them on how to make the most of our retail media network. From digital screens in our clubs to online activations - you’ll create campaigns that really stand out.

Your Responsibilities
- Acquire new advertisers and media agencies while maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Leverage your network with both media agencies and direct advertisers to accelerate revenue growth
- Advise clients on our unique retail media solutions (online and offline)
- Work closely with marketing and ad-tech teams to develop and coordinate innovative campaigns
- Drive local market initiatives while contributing to international projects

Who Are You?

You’re commercial, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping brands succeed. You have:

- At least 3 years of experience in media sales (Retail Media and/or Digital Out of Home experience is a strong plus)
- A strong network within media agencies and direct advertisers in Spain
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- A convincing presence with clients and partners
- Willingness to travel when needed
