We're currently looking for a Director of Product for Core Experience. This person will lead the buyer, seller and growth pillars. These pillars are focused on providing our customers with a best-in-class experience that enables them to easily discover our portfolio, compare products, decide which products to buy, easily post and manage inventory and many more. The role can be based in Germany (remote or from our Berlin office), Lisbon (Portugal), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Poland, Spain (remote or from our office in Barcelona), Ukraine and Romania.

**What you will do**:
Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for the Core organization and support Head of Products + Product Managers on your team in doing the same for their teams. Have end-to-end responsibility for the Core product and you will always encourage people to improve the user journey while making sure it is consistent & compliant. Look for new growth opportunities for OLX beyond the boundaries of your current strategy. Partner with cross-functional leaders to cultivate a team culture of impact, performance, happiness, and health. Ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs. Develop positive relationships with senior leaders and partners across the organization, effectively gaining consensus of strategy. Actively contribute to driving product management as a function across the company Contribute to the strategic direction of the company. Build an organization that systematically and consistently drives strategy and delivers great product experiences. Contribute to the growth of OLX through interviewing, onboarding, or other recruitment efforts. Empower people to do their best work at OLX. Be responsible to measure success KPI’s and report on department performance and business impact.

**Who we’re looking for**:
Substantial experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products as a product leader, with several years of experience hiring, growing and directly managing Product Managers at all stages of their careers. Subject matter expertise in Product Management with a proven track record of building successful innovative and scalable products - vision, strategy and roadmap, KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, team alignment with business goals. Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders (finance, budgeting, team management, recruitment, external customers). Experience with managing and coaching Heads of Product and (senior) product managers - including building and growing high-performing teams. Experience working with product and tech departments and cross-functional senior stakeholders. Expert in leading through influence with stakeholders including executives. Skillful use of testing and data to move quickly. Strong project management skills; how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines while delivering projects that align with the business strategy Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short
- and medium-term goals Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done. Strong communication skills and collaboration is at the heart of everything you do
