In a typical day as** Sales Compensation Business Consultant **you would have the following responsibilities..
- Engagement with local management teams, executives & business supporting functions like HR, Finance and SS&P.
- Business governance (Sales Compensation Steering committee and Business reviews)
- Management teams trusted advisor, Business decision support & consultancy (Business Analytics, Incentive Compensation Review, compliance)
- Annual Readiness cycle facilitation
- Operational oversight - Monitoring the execution of Sales Compensation operations
- Drive communication on all Sales comp topics.
- Deployment of local country specifics & exceptions.
- Deployment of new Sales Compensation tools, process or program.
- Sales force communication & virtual training
- Make sure we are compliance with all legal obligations.

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools and systems.
- Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices.
- You have experience using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying updates and enhancements to sales commission tools and systems.
- ** Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.**:

- Ability to effectively communicate sales commission plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
