Sales Compensation Process Excellence

**What You'll Do**:
- Ensure data quality and integrity in compensation processes
- Map global and regional sales compensation processes to pinpoint similarities and divergencies
- Develop best practices and policies for data management and system usage
- Implement a strong foundation of processes and controls that will help ensuring business continuity of sales compensation
- Set up proactive monitoring process with postmortems and proper follow up through Jira
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the team and its close stakeholders
- Lead process improvement projects that are medium and large in complexity, impact, and scale to improve efficiency and quality
- Oversee compensation tool maintenance, system optimization and Sales Comp model smooth operations
- Collaborate with IT teams to address system issues and implement new functionalities
**Who You Are**:
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in a process excellence role within sales operations with hands-on work done on reduction of time to execute, improving experience and efficiency
- Experience in Anaplan software and SQL language
- Knowledge in Sales Compensation tool management
- Expertise in Salesforce and/or analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Good at balancing many topics at once and in prioritizing
- Have good communication skills
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can regularly demonstrate strong critical thinking and are good at real-time decision-making.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders of various nationalities and teams to drive the desired level of performance.
- Fluent in English is a requirement
