This is our Senior Compensation Manager role for those who are goal and success-oriented.
**Tasks in the role**:
- Develop, design, and implement sales compensation plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compensation plans are competitive and attract top talent while remaining within budget.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand the sales strategy and translate it into an effective compensation plan.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and administer the sales compensation plan, including calculating commissions and bonuses, resolving disputes, and communicating with the sales team.
- Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales compensation expenses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and make recommendations to improve our plans and processes.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Fluent level of English (C1-C2).
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or another related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech company.
- 4+ years of experience in leadership and managing the team.
- Experience with sales compensation software and tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful sales compensation plans that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
