**IS Consumer User Experience and Digital Transformation Lead**:

**This position reports to**:
IS Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build Services: Accountable for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the UX of IS services, using appropriate metrics, design research methods, development, and usability testing.
- Accountable for applying, coaching and driving adoption of UX, Agile, hu-man-centered design, and Design Thinking.
- Accountable for delivering workshops and trainings based on Agile and De-sign Thinking.
- Follows the technological trends on User Experience (UX), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and Graphical User Interface (GUI) and makes sure the team is always up to date to help Consumer Experience organization design the most intuitive solutions and experiences.
- On assignment is involved in the development of digital/media contents.
- Proactively supports the development and integration of digital solutions with user profiling and consumer journeys.
- Proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
- Service Delivery: Applies/coaches UX, Agile, Design Thinking, and product management methodologies into processes.
- Simplifies and optimizes UX and UI for consumers across business services and digital solutions of IS services.
- If consulted, gives advice and supports the installation of new IS solutions/services, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
- Governance, IS Compliance: Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Is responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned.
- Strategy: If requested, contributes to the overall Consumer Journeys and Persona Strategy and its execution to fulfill its mission.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Additional Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines highly preferred: Information Systems Management / Human Computer Interaction / Product Design / Consumer Journey / Product Marketing / UX Design.
- Computer Science, IT, Communication Design, Service Design, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction
- 7 years of experience in the relevant area
- 5 years of experience in IT area
- Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Certificates are preferred
