Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and AI touchpoints.Set UX standards and help scale the design function as the company grows.4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. ~ High proficiency withFigma, design systems, prototyping, UX flows. ~ Ability to turn complex data into simple, elegant interfaces. ~ Experience in user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration. ~ Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and high-quality execution. ~ Experience in multi-channel UX (Slack, Teams, mobile, desktop). Experience with brand design, marketing visuals, or storytelling. Motion design or microinteractions. Ability to contribute to copywriting or UX content design.Design leadership from day one.
