Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects & Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.

We want to get onboard a Contract Management Director who will, essentially, co-ordinate with the commercial managers and provide them with the necessary support to ensure that contractual matters relating to Project Types A, B & C are being conducted according to the contract conditions.

**Main Duties**
- Review existing contract management processes and implement a structured approach
- Formalize processes and procedures to ensure a homogenous approach for the different types of projects
- Evaluate, negotiate and execute different types of contracts
- Prepare a contract management plan which identifies:

- key roles and responsibilities
- contractual dates
- scheduled milestones
- payment milestones
- correspondences and documentation monitoring (record keeping)
- is required to be in close communication with the lead Business Unit (BU) and Regional Unit with support provided to him/her by the finance, procurement and legal teams
- Involvement in the tendering and procurement phase
- Attending meetings
- Managing Claims and Disputes
- Notification of delays
- Change Management
- Document Control & Management
- Risk Identification & Management - management of risks and setting project-specific risk registers. The risk register will be used as the basis for risk workshops throughout the project life-cycle and the opportunities register forms the basis for value engineering studies
- The Contract Management Director will be responsible for overseeing several contracts simultaneously and will ensure that deadlines and budgets within the projects are controlled and managed by the various stakeholders
- Project Close Out

**Knowledge & Experience**

Comprehensive (deep and broad) professional know-how and experience in contract management. At least five (5) years of experience working as a senior quantity surveyor/senior cost manager/senior contracts manager/senior commercial manager.

International experience. Experience in global interaction with customers/partners/providers from multiple countries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Degree in quantity surveying/commercial management/Engineering or equivalent.

Proficient in English (verbal and written).

The position requires the individual(s) to travel.
