TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

The Director Project Management is responsible for providing oversight to Project Managers in the day to day management activities of their projects, ensuring management support in meeting operational and financial deliverables according to customer requirements and contractual obligations.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in (fill in detail)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the oversight of execution and conduct of clinical studies assigned to the project managers reporting into Director, Project Management.
  • Provide pro-active guidance and direction to assigned staff around project planning, project execution, project review, risk mitigation, problem solving and customer management to assist in service delivery and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in life science or RN diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of the clinical drug development process.
  • Proven ability to work through others to deliver results to quality, time and financial metrics
