Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Management Specialist based in Madrid, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. The primary responsibilities include managing projects effectively, planning project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deliverables are met within allocated resources. The Project Management Specialist will also monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them, while maintaining clear and open communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and address challenges
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management methodologies
  • Experience in Project Planning and scheduling techniques
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic work requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
  • Relevant education or certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred
