Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Specialist based in Madrid, with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing project tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient collaboration within teams. The role also involves regular communication with project stakeholders, assisting in customer service initiatives, and supporting project-related sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to solve problems, assess project performance, and optimize processes
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies for planning, tracking, and executing projects effectively
  • Basic understanding of Sales techniques and practices to support project-related sales efforts
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with hybrid work environments is a plus
