Your primary role will be to ensure the seamless execution and management of customer contracts, guaranteeing that we not only meet but exceed the performance targets while adhering to the terms agreed upon. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders at Kyndryl to orchestrate a variety of crucial activities. From customer's contract registration, billing and invoicing to resolve customer's dispute, each task will directly contribute to our streamlined Lead-to-Cash workflow. Your ability to handle contract registrations, maintain an awareness of potential risks and issues, and ensure delivery commitments are met will be key to our collective success. Beyond the nuts and bolts of contract management, you will play a vital role in maintaining a posture of audit readiness and compliance throughout the lifecycle of the contract—from initiation and steady state to termination.
