We are expanding our teams in the Space Sector and are looking for a **Project Management Assistant**. You will provide support in the management activities of large programmes, in particular in the **SouthPAN** programme, the largest space contract of the Spanish industry outside the European Union and involving a GMV team of more than 100 people.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

You will be integrated in the project management team and will provide support to the Project Manager in the following activities, among others:

- ** Progress reporting of activities by the project team.**:

- ** Follow-up of actions and tasks fulfilment, as well as the schedule.**:

- ** Configuration management.**:

- ** Meeting minutes and reports for progress reports to customers.**:

- ** Preparation of deliverables to the client.**:

- ** Maintenance of the project wiki.**:

- ** Receipt of deliverables from subcontractors.**:

- ** Follow-up of documentation comments.**:

- ** Organisation of meetings, coordination of project trips and coordination of inventory and purchase orders.**:

- ** Budget monitoring of on-demand activities (Time and Materials).**

Previous experience and knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or redmine, will also be an asset.
