SAP Solution Manager

To set the foundation and ensure Sika's success on our digital journey, we are looking in Madrid (Alcobendas), for a passionate and highly technical **SAP Solution Manager & Technology Consultant.**

**Exciting Challenges**:
In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment on basis of an SAP S/4 HANA main ERP system. In addition to the main ERP there is a huge surrounding SAP system landscape consisting of Business Suite Systems, SCM, PO, BI, EWM, Solution Manager, GTS, GRC NFE, Cloud Solutions, Portals and many more.

Your goal and your main tasks as a **hands-on Solution Manager specialist** will be, to drive and manage the **transition from Solution Manager 7.1 to Solution Manager 7.2**. After you brought the Solution Manager transition project successfully live, you will help to develop and improve the Solution Manager 7.2 even further. Increase the usage, implement new Solution Manager functionalities, keep Solution Manager up to date, increase the acceptance of the tool and work on the interface with the future global ITSM Tool.

**What education and experience you offer**:

- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or business informatics
- 7+ years of work experience in the SAP Solution Manager environment, vast knowledge on Solution Manager 7.2
- knowledge on how ITSM, CHARM, QGM, Focused Build, Focus Insights, Solution Documentation and Test Management works in Solution Manager. You know these functionalities not only from a process perspective, but you know also how to customize them, first experience with Cloud ALM
