**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As an **Architecture for Global Transaction Banking, **you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development and implementation of innovative business models, leveraging the latest technology trends to ensure our transaction banking services remain cutting-edge and relevant. This role requires a strong background in both financial services and technology, combined with a deep understanding of emerging business models and a passion for innovation.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Develop and drive the implementation of the overall architecture strategy for the Transaction Banking division, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader strategic objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging business models, technologies, and industry trends that can be leveraged to create new revenue streams and enhance existing transaction banking services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to design and develop innovative solutions that address market needs and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design process, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and rollout, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure buy-in and support for new business models and initiatives.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Transaction Banking division, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on transaction banking or related services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative business models and strategies in a financial services context.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong knowledge of the transaction banking landscape, including emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive forces.
- Exceptional technical acumen, with experience in modern technology stacks, cloud-based solutions, and API-driven architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
