Trade & Working Capital Transaction Banking Expert VP Santander – Boadilla del Monte, Community of Madrid, Spain Join the team as a key driver of Santander’s Trade and Working Capital origination strategy, collaborating closely with the Global Head of Origination and engaging with corporate, M&A, project finance, and leveraged finance clients. Responsibilities Define, execute, and monitor Santander’s Trade and Working Capital origination strategy and core growth initiatives linked to investment banking transactions. Identify and capture growth opportunities, enrolling origination projects end to end and ensuring successful implementation across Santander’s footprint. Originate and structure Trade and Working Capital solutions in the context of M&A, project finance, and leveraged finance transactions. Advise on optimal working capital solution structures considering clients’ overall capital structure, business plan and projections.
