Appodeal is looking for a** Delivery Manager** (with strong AI experience)

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in AI to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. As a Delivery Manager at Vector, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning (ML), data science, and engineering, to deliver innovative and impactful AdTech solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring that our products and solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, oversee & manage delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML, data, and engineering, to deliver high-impact AdTech solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may impact project success.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably in a technology-driven product environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI, ML, or data science teams.
- Strong understanding of AdTech, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Previous experience in the AdTech industry.
