- Implementing and managing service delivery processes, metrics, and reporting

As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our IT service delivery processes. Your deep understanding of IT service management, strong business acumen, and ability to provide strategic guidance will be key to the success of this role.

**Your role**

**As an IT Service Delivery Manager your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Overseeing the daily operations of our IT services to ensure they meet our clients' and staff's needs
- Developing and implementing IT service delivery processes, procedures, and standards
- Managing IT service delivery metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating closely with IT and business teams to understand their needs and align our IT services accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with IT service management best practices, such as ITIL
- Managing the resolution of IT service delivery issues and escalations
- Leading IT service delivery improvement projects and initiatives
- Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors.
- Manage end to end financials including Sales, Commercial pipeline, and P&L as well direct cost with budget transfer for area under your management.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an IT Service Delivery Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably as a Service Delivery Manager
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
- Additional language skills are a plus
