We are Delivery Hero.Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Self-service Fulfillment to join the Quick Commerce Global Services team powering Delivery Hero - based in Glovo, Barcelona.YOUR MISSIONIn this role, you'll be part of a central team within Delivery Hero’s Global Services unit, shaping solutions that serve our entire global ecosystem and your work will drive impact across Delivery Hero’s regional brands worldwide. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational excellence on a global scale. It’s a unique opportunity to combine Glovo’s vibrant, fast-paced culture with the reach and complexity of one of the world’s largest local delivery platforms.You will lead the development of a fulfillment tool designed for smaller vendors within our quick commerce ecosystem. This role will shape the product vision, define vendor-focused features, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and scalability.THE JOURNEYDefine product strategy and roadmap for vendor picking tools, ensuring alignment with Delivery hero’s operational goals.Research and identify key features and workflows tailored to the unique challenges of smaller vendors.Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver a user-friendly and efficient solution.Build a data-driven framework for prioritization and feature iteration.Align cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure successful adoption and scaling.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE9+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on building applications or tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide data-driven decisions. You are comfortable defining metrics, analysing data, and using insights to inform product decisions.Proven track record of successful stakeholder management in complex environments.You're highly skilled at working alongside cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and data—in dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environmentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences across varying levels of expertise.Proven experience working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and contributing effectively within iterative development cycles.Additional InformationIndividuals representing diverse profiles,and abilities,encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
