HRCONSOL is Hiring | Business Development Manager - Spain Market
We are hiring on behalf of a leading global towel manufacturing & exporting company based in Pakistan, specializing in home têxtiles, towels, and bathrobes for international markets.
- Location: Spain (Alicante, Valencia ,Segovia
- Employment Type: Full-time / Market Representative
- Salary: 1-3 % Commission on Each Confirmed Sales
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and develop strong relationships with buyers, importers, and distributors across Spain
- Generate qualified B2B leads and convert them into confirmed business opportunities
- Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate meetings between Spanish buyers and the company’s management/export team
- Represent the organization professionally in the Spanish market and build long-term strategic partnerships
- Provide market intelligence, buyer feedback, competitor insights, and growth opportunities
- Requirements:
- Must be currently based in Spain
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or lead generation
- Experience in têxtile or home têxtile industry will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independentl
- Key Objective:
- Secure confirmed meetings with potential buyers and distributors in Spain to support sustainable business expansion
