At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than 18 years, to enable drones to populate our skies.

We provide our more than 700 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high-performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs...) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.

The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.

The core of our company lies in our R&D team made up of more than 100 engineers with multiple specialties who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of 160 professionals with the same objective.

We are opening our doors to a new colleague for our international business development. If you have business expertise and are drawn to our mission, we are looking for you.

What would your mission be?

Your mission will be to drive the company's international growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with customers and strategic partners. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to consolidate the company's global expansion, ensuring effective management and excellent customer service

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Maintain contact and follow up with customers and representatives.
  • Build customer loyalty and advise customers, offering personalised solutions.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and customer visits on an ad hoc basis.
  • Drive commercial development in different regions
  • Generate and manage leads, ensuring daily monitoring of the pipeline through ERPCRM
  • Coordinate and support sales agents
  • Manage key accounts, presenting new product versions and innovative developments

‍ What do we need?

  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments
  • C1 level English (or equivalent)
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning

What do we value?

  • Knowledge of other languages, especially Arabic or Chinese
  • Experience and training in sales or business development
  • Interest or experience in technology sectors such as radio control, drones or UAVs
