The role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Euro Pool System, you will play a key role in transforming operational data into actionable insights. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data across our logistics network, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency. Your work will support accurate tracking of performance metrics and provide reports and dashboards that enhance transparency and decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will manage and maintain logistics and operational databases, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare insightful reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and structured approach will help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within our logistics processes.

You

You are an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for data, analytics, and logistics systems. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and are motivated by accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights. You communicate effectively, plan with precision, and bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Further:

• Experience in business and financial data analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query Editor, and advanced Excel.
• Familiar with Office 365 tools (Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently or in teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in BI, reporting, and KPI tracking is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Automate reporting processes and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve reporting and data quality.
