We are looking for a Head of Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Procedures who will join the Headquarters of Ferrovial Airports Business Unit in Madrid, reporting to the Division HR Director.
**Funciones**:

- Coordination and supervision of personnel administration, as well as the company's payroll process at a national and international level through the different providers. - Manage the salary review and bonus payment processes globally, as well as management and control of flexible compensation plans, insurance policies and other compensation in kind. - Manage the location/expatriation of employees abroad, managing transfer agreements, relations with the Administration, insurance management, payroll coordination at destination and taxation for expatriates. - Application of the different tax aspects that affect the company and the employees of the legislation of each country, as well as the matter of social and labor security. - Preparation of the staff budget at national and international level, as well as its control in all revision. - Facilitate effective resolution of issues raised through HR business partners, managers and employees and act as a liaison with benefit and payroll vendors. - Lead the reporting of necessary information on aspects related to the area, both to management and to Ferrovial Corporation if necessary. - Support Division Management in compensation & benefits related issues to be discussed in the Board of Directors of our main assets.
**Habilidades y experiência**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences or Law. Other qualifications that provide the required experience will be considered. - A minimum of 10 years of progressive C&B experience of which at least 5 years in a leadership position with a global exposure, preferably in multinational companies. - Strong knowledge of Workday, SAP HR and expatriation policies and taxation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Support to employee relations experience. - Fluent English is a must.
