As a Customer Care Rep., you will be responsible for assisting customers using various channels and responding to customers’ questions while escalating and rerouting the necessary matters & issues to the departments in charge.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information.
- Respond to customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality & results by giving guidance and meeting their individual needs.
- Assist customers using various channels and respond to customers’ questions and concerns regarding the service/product.
- Deliver a positive attitude toward the brand
- Provide optimal advice regarding various client queries
- Escalate and reroute the necessary matters & issues to the departments in-charge.

- previous 6 months of customer service experience will be a plus.
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
