As Warehouse and Distribution Analyst you'll ensure inventory data system accuracy.

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Manage daily Idocs related to error processing

between global and the CPO
- Daily manage inventory control between warehouses

systems and CPO system, detect discrepancies and

correct accordingly
- Physical warehouse inventory
- Ensure monthly stock controls and reporting (physical

counting, WO/adjustment/damages reports, inventory

differences) to minimize impact.
- Manage returns from customer with local QA and

warehouses and prepare physical destruction when

required
- Manage Canary Island replenishment planning and

coverage adherence to ensure inventory

maximization
- Ensure temperature conditions during transport of the

products are maintain within acceptable limits
- Suppliers invoice payment and costs control

**Minimum requirements**

Education: Business administration degree, engineering or similar.

Master in logistics desired or APICS certification.

Languages: Spanish & English, fluent spoken and written

3 years+ Logistics background in distribution or planning

Nice to have: Experience within the Pharma sector
