Logistics Analyst

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to conduct data analysis to improve our operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. If you also have experience in logistics and supply chain processes, we’d like to meet you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create processes and methods to gather inventory and purchases data
- Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements in logistics and inventory.
- Create dashboard and analytical tools for the Design department
- Pre-order inventory
- Logistics and office warehouse activities
- Oversee inventory procedures
- Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
- Track KPIs and report on inventory and purchases.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Logistics Administrative, Operations analyst or similar role will be valued as a plus.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient ability to extract information using Excel.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Professional English and Spanish
