Rate: 100%** **Permanent Contract** **Grade: F** **Position Summary**: As **Global Programmatic Media Manager **, you will manage Programmatic Media Communication globally helping marketers (markets, Zones, SBUs) to ensure a seamless and integrated audience-first (paid) media communication approach and effective agency and partnership management. You will also drive Programmatic Media transformation to win in the new reality and accelerate growth. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context. **A Day in the Life of a Global Programmatic Media Manager**: - Drive Programmatic Strategy, Operations, Capability Building to accelerate effectiveness and ROI in Programmatic Media investments - Guide our local/regional/global teams in all aspects of Programmatic Media together with other digital Media specialists eg "Search Teams", "Data/Audiences Teams", "Media Partnership Manager" and Nestrade - Actively seek new Programmatic Media opportunities and work with markets, Zones, SBUs, global teams, agencies and Media partners to identify future benefits and ways of working - Guide and coordinate to establish best-in-class Programmatic Media communication, including full-funnel Media strategies, excellence in execution, digital Media automation, new ways of working and new Media Communication opportunities - Guide global Media agency leads to drive effectiveness, efficiencies, transformation and consistency across the globe - Support Nestlé´s strategies to build Programmatic Media future set-up - Develop trainings and materials to bring Programmatic Media communication capabilities to markets as part of our transformation **What will make you successful**: - Experience of managing/working on Programmatic Media budgets - Strong understanding of the Programmatic Media landscape, with experience across all digital media incl. search, eCommerce and Social Media at Nestlé - Strong grasp of Programmatic Advertising technology landscape and implications on successful digital media activation - Experience of working with brand builders and digital teams on defining global/ local digital media strategies also in in media buying (Nestrade) and Nestlé BEP process - Understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies to calculate media efficiency and effectiveness - Fluent in English
