We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialistto join our team based in Barcelona, Spain.
About the job:
- Uses the Technip Energies’ Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes across Entities
- Prepares and analyses HR Budget Support documentation (headcount and/or personnel cost evolution)
- Analyses and monitor information related to expenses incurred under the HR Budget for each Unit
- Monitors manpower and workforce evolution in each Department and reports any deviations to management, suggesting actions
- Analyses staff information database and prepares statistical and/or quantitative reports on a regular basis (i.e. turnover and demographic reports)
- Monitors Regional and/or Local salary and benefit structures to ensure balance between the organization’s budgetary limits and the requirements of attracting and retaining qualified staff
- Participates in designing, development and implementation of rewards and benefits policies at local/regional level
- Benchmarks other companies C&B processes
- Responsible for data integrity in HR systems Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Local taxation knowledge
- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2). Fluent in French will be a plus. Additional information:
- Immediate incorporation in solid industrial engineering is offered.
