**Customer Service Teleoperator / Administrative Assistant**

**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a committed and responsible individual with a desire to grow and improve every day. Experience in Sales and Customer Service is essential.

**Working hours**:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Availability to work on weekends is required

**What do we need?**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service (telemarketing)
- Knowledge of sales techniques, lead management, and CRM systems
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities

**Main responsibilities**:

- Telephone customer service
- Closing sales
- Guiding and supporting customers through the process to complete their requests (both online and by phone)
- Handling objections effectively to achieve optimal outcomes
- Drafting contracts and carrying out administrative tasks
