Solo Resource Recovery is a family‑owned and operated waste removal and recycling business operating across Australia. We are looking for an experienced, full‑time (40 hrs per week) Administration/Customer Service Clerk to join our Malaga, WA office.BenefitsCompany uniform providedFull on‑the‑job trainingProfessional, team‑oriented work environmentJob security with a long‑standing, family‑owned companyKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries received via email or phone in a professional, proactive manner, ensuring all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved appropriately.Assist with coordinating and scheduling waste collection bookings efficiently.Serve as a point of contact for all internal and external customers, operational teams and other departments.Accurately enter customer details, work requests and daily run sheets to support reporting requirements.Maintain accurate filing and archiving of required documentation.Assist with processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices where required.RequirementsStrong administration and computer literacy skills.Effective time management and ability to multitask efficiently.Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.A problem‑solving mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Previous waste industry experience desirable but not essential.Other InformationAll successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre‑employment medical, which includes a drug test.
