As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end API integrations with new clients as well as optimizing existing connections. You will work directly with our customers' sales and technical teams on a regular basis to help ensure that the B2B team can deliver against company targets.

You will also maintain daily communication with NordBeds' B2B sales departments (including KAMs), ensuring smooth adoption of optimization tools and reports through effective communication and continuous feedback for improvement. Additionally, you will represent NordBeds at client meetings, workshops, trade shows, and other events as necessary.

**Who are you**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of distribution channels in travel industry
- Strong team playing skills, Ability to work in team as well as individually
- Skilled in project management and generating innovative ideas
- Good knowledge from day to day use of SQL, XML, JSON
- Fluency in English Required; Multilingual Skills a Plus
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Deadline-driven
- Analytical thinker
- Organized with excellent listening and summarizing abilities
- Creative and open-minded
- Hands-on with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment

**We also think you have**:

- 1 to 3 years experience within the online accommodation distribution business in optimization-related roles
- Previous experiences in commercial and analytical role/position with KPI tracking
