Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.**
We are looking for an **Acquiring Account Manager.**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Own end-to-end communication processes with banks and acquirers, answer bank requests, and provide requested information and documentation on time;
- Maintain accurate and complete internal records for the documentation provided to external parties;
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Acquirers and PSPs;
- Assist in updating internal handbooks with compliance-related information;
- Communicate with technical colleagues and external partners to translate technical details to business-oriented sets of requirements;
- Support in drafting internal compliance policies, manuals, and other documents as needed;
- Participate in relevant card scheme industry events and webinars to bring the best available practices to company processes;
- Assist in conducting regulatory horizon scanning and disseminating information to management and staff about regulatory changes;
- Support company product initiatives implementing risk-based approaches.
**We expect from you**:
- Basic knowledge of Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and regulations;
- On-hand experience with KYC and KYB practices or Institutional account management;
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs;
- English/Russian proficiency - C1+
