**TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER**

La teva missió serà crear i liderar el departament SAT (Servei d’Assistència Tècnica).

Les funcions que portaràs a terme són:

- Supervisió i control del servei d’atenció al client.
- Gestió de les incidències tècniques dels clients i oferir suport tècnic.
- Coordinació i contacte amb els comercials de l’empresa.
- Gestió d’estocs i recanvis.
- Seguiment dels clients.

**S'OFEREIX**:

- Horari de dilluns a divendres de 8h a 17h (amb flexibilitat horària).
- Salari a convenir amb l'empresa.
- Formació interna (per exemple classes d'anglès) i pla de carrera.
- Formar part d'un projecte estable i en constant creixement.

**Requisitos**:

- Grau en Enginyeria Electrònica o experiència assimilable.
- Experiència prèvia en atenció i assessorament al client.
- Anglès avançat.
- Persona orientada al client i resolutiva.
