An energetic self-starter and passionate about insurance that will help us deliver the best health insurance service that both our clients and users will love. **This is you**: - Self-motivated and passionate about and startups - Experienced and passionate about the insurance sector - Process-oriented, always searching for efficiencies - Structured in the way of thinking and taking decisions - Always has your files in the right place - Excellent communication and negotiating skills - Eager to build partnerships with top insurance companies and brokers - You don't understand what "No" means - Enthusiastic about growing in a fast-paced environment - Be a positive force that communicates effectively - A critical thinker and have a keen eye for troubleshooting - Believe in doing the right thing and doing it right - You are a doer, not a dreamer - Show empathy at all times - You are fluent in Spanish & English **You'll rock it in this position if**: - You have between 2 and 4 years of working experience in the insurance sector or similar positions - You have a sound knowledge on the insurance industry, specially desirable on health products - You have great analytical skills, with advanced level of excel/google sheets - You have excellent organization skills to manage documents, calls, clients, providers, proposals, and make relations with partners and clients - You have Group A/1 or B/2 broker license (desirable) - You have proven experience working with broking technical tools (such as VisualSEG, Elevia, etc.) You are an excellent communicator and a teamplayer - Good English written and oral communication (at least B2) **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Lead and manage end to end health insurance brokerage operations, including the following: - Insurance discovery and internal configuration - Insurance quotations and client offers - Insurance submissions - Insurance requests and removes - Identify quick wins and process improvements all across our health insurance operations (for example, product improvements to be implemented in our app to enhance clients and users experience to the next level) - Play a key role providing input to the sales process - insurance is challenging, and clients need analysis and insurance submission, preparation of comparative analysis and insurance advice - Build relationships with insurance carriers, set strategy, lead negotiations and operations - Manage all the financial and operational information regarding the policies in the broking system (settlements, invoicing, etc) - Define, prepare and develop renewals for each client **What can you expect?** - Be part of one of the fastest-growing startups in Spain - Professional growth. - Competitive salary complemented with a company equity package. - 750€ in yearly paid flexible benefits (meals, transportation, nurseries, etc.) - Paid health insurance - 1.000€ in the yearly training budget - Flexible remote working and schedule. - Coworking offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisboa We are looking forward to meeting you
