Sales Strategy & Operations is a pivotal function at Salesforce, driving us toward profitable growth at scale. This role is within our global public sector business unit covering both public sector and education industries helping drive real change across EMEA governments and regions. We collaborate closely with senior leaders, serving as trusted advisors who influence strategic business priorities, develop long‐term GTM strategies, and implement effective operational processes, systems, and tools. We champion cross‐functional transformational projects and lead change management initiatives, ensuring seamless business scaling across regions, segments, and clouds. Now, we are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst or Lead to join the EMEA PS & EDU Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role partners directly with regional sales leadership and plays a critical role in owning the operating rhythm of the business. You will lead core planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting activities, with high visibility across South & France, EMEA, and Global stakeholders. Act as a trusted operations and strategy partner and regional strategy and operation lead to the Regional Sales Leader and senior South & France stakeholders. Own day-to-day execution across forecasting, support pipeline health, coverage, capacity, attainment, and business performance. Own regional business health monitoring, proactively identifying risks and opportunities across pipeline, capacity, productivity, and execution. Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and analysis that support operational and strategic decision‐making. Partner directly with senior UKI / South & France as part of the regional leadership team to run the operating rhythm of the business, including QBRs, performance deep‐dives, and executive reviews. Prepare executive‐ready analysis, insights, and presentations that guide regional strategy. Support and lead high‐impact ad‐hoc initiatives with visibility at EMEA and Global levels.
