Join a **leading multinational technology BPO company** as a **German-speaking Partner Support Representative** In this role, you will provide **SEO optimization recommendations, content audits, and digital marketing support** to partners. **Location**: Barcelona, Spain
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Remuneration**: Base salary + bonus

**Responsibilities**:
**SEO & Content Optimization**
- Conduct **basic SEO optimization** (KW gap analysis, onsite search recommendations).
- Perform **content audits** and review online audit results.
- Provide **quality checks** and feedback to audit agencies.

**Partner Support & Training**
- **Onboard and train partners** on content best practices.
- Troubleshoot **content-related issues** and ensure toolkit execution.
- Monitor and track **performance improvements and optimizations**.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Prepare **partner optimization reports** highlighting key gaps and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and **analyze digital marketing execution**.
- Support partners in **achieving digital business goals**.

**What You Bring**:
**Language Skills**: Native/fluent **German (C1)** and **English (B2+ level)**.
**Experience**: Minimum **1 year** in **online sales, digital content management, or eCommerce**.
**Education**: Degree in **Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration** (preferred).
**Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Experience with **SEO, eMerchandising, and web analytics** is a plus.
**Skills**: Excellent **negotiation, communication, and presentation skills**.
**Tech-Savvy**: Strong computing literacy (**Windows, Office, etc.**).
