¿Te gustaría realizar tus prácticas y empezar a desarrollarte profesionalmente en una empresa multinacional líder en el sector odontológico? Tus practicas se desarrollarían en el departamento de soporte digital. En él podrás aprender a dar soporte al porfolio de la empresa y a sus diferentes sistemas, software y hardware, formando parte de un departamento consolidado y con un equipo de grandes profesionales.

Durante tus practícas prenderás a:

- Registrar incidencias
- Monitorización de producción de los centros de fresado
- Hacer Seguimiento de envíos (préstamos y reparaciones)
- Resolución online de problemas con los softwares de planificación (CodiagnostiX e Implant Studio) y diseño digital (DW, 3Shape y Exocad)
- Resolución online de problemas con fresadoras (Amman Girrbach) e impresoras 3D (Rapid Shape)
- Formación online a clientes
- Elaborar documentación
- Autoformación en plataformas internas
- Reporte de incidencias a clientes y a compañeros
