The Product Operations Specialist is an entry-level product role providing an ideal opportunity for you grow your career in product, while helping support and empower successful outcomes. You may not have specific experience in this role or in product, but you have a passion for process and product, understand agile and you’re someone that gets things done autonomously and in collaboration with others.

You’re a data-driven facilitator and supporter that finds gaps, analyses data/insights and ultimately ensures the domain runs smoothly. With your laser focus on improving efficiencies, streamlining product tools/process and harnessing analytics, you support the Product Manager and Product Owners, helping to free up time for strategic thinking, user research and problem discovery work and data validation. Part of your role as the key product contact for incidents is to ensure accurate prioritisation via leveraging data, documentation and collaborating with the domain leadership group to reduce incidents and measure the impact.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll be working closely with the entire product domain, especially Product Owners, incident managers and other stakeholders and will build great working relationships and ensure key stakeholders are up to date with regular, quality, and tailored communications.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude and curiosity for learning. You’re a humble achiever that gets things done, collaborates well and demonstrates ownership. You love digging into data and detail, take in lots of information and quickly make sense of it, to suggest what we need to do to achieve our objectives.

Your focus is more tactical, process and detail-oriented; and we can count on you to ensure nothing important is missed.

With you on the team, we can be sure that we have the right data/insights and processes to deliver a product that it is fit-for-purpose and delivers value, quickly. It’s about continuous improvement not delayed perfection.
