**The Role**:
**As Connectivity Operations Coordinator, you’ll quickly and efficiently handle customer requests for our virtual numbers team. Working closely with Sales, Support and Finance teams, you will own the processing of porting requests and cancellations of virtual numbers and coordinate with operators globally. World class customer experience is at the core of what you do. You will also closely work with the Order Desk and Pricing Desk, giving you access to multiple parts of the business and exciting opportunities for growth.**:
**What you’ll do**:

- ** End-to-end processing of porting opportunities based on customer requests, aligning closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Order Desk.**:

- ** End-to-end processing of cancellations based on customer requests, aligning with Finance.**:

- ** Engage with operators globally to build trusted relationships, understanding their needs and following all regulations.**:

- ** Provide follow up on all workflows regarding portings and cancellations.**:

- ** Support the Order Desk as required so the team exceeds customer expectations.**:

- ** Maintain a database of operator contacts to ensure the most efficient processes possible.**:

- ** Maintain a database of the latest regulations to ensure compliance, and become Subject Matter Expert for the same.**:

- ** Constantly optimize processes to ensure effectiveness of workflows.**:

- ** Ensure Pricing Desk are aware of any commercial changes, and support them with all related queries.**:
**What you’ll bring**:

- ** 2+ years of commercial administrative work experience**:

- ** Able to take initiative, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.**:

- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- ** Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.**:
