**About The Role**

Your responsibilities include developing innovative and easy to understand P&C products starting from our customers' perspective. Also in close collaboration with claims and creating very modular products enabling high flexibility on coverage and object bundles while keeping adverse selection and moral hazard risks under tight control

Work closely with UX designers to create new consumer propositions focusing on simplifying insurance products and on quote & bind journeys. Increasing transparency as well as monitor market developments, evaluate upcoming consumer needs and perform competitor benchmarking to ensure adequate positioning of our products.

We are also responsible for our own market/partners and handle our product portfolio through continuous testing of different bundles, tariffs and sales journeys. We closely monitor our portfolio of products and customer composition and gather relevant data to continuously gain new insights.

As Product Manager, you will have an outstanding and exciting opportunity to join us. We are diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value and innovative services together with our clients and partners in the primary insurance space.

You will be a member of the Insurance & Propositions Department and will be responsible for the development of easy-to-understand and innovative insurance products suitable for digitalization for our focus markets Spain, Portugal and other countries

**About You**
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability in personal lines P&C product departments in Spain and Portugal
- Proven understanding of regulatory requirements around T&C development and a strong view on underlying trends governing main or niche P&C product categories
- Hands-on, flexible and independent working style embracing cross-functional teams and partnering with distribution partners from different industries and backgrounds
- Technology minded with a clear view on how technology can be used for customer friendly underwriting and more attractive insurance products
- Clear and effective communication with internal and external business leaders within and outside the insurance industry
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in other EU languages is an advantage
