We provide sales outsourcing services globally for the tech industry. Our more than 800 experts worldwide provide services based on our cutting-edge business framework to outperform customer expectations and drive revenue. Our main locations hubs are Athens, Greece; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Nuremberg, Germany; Houston,TX, US; Mexico City, MX. However, we also operate in fully work from home environments.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Connect with high-level stakeholders across industries and conduct product demos and presentations
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Follow up regularly with clients to meet their needs and identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication and resolve issues
- Negotiate agreements and update sales and data records in the CRM
- Hunt for opportunities and close sales, profiling long, mid and short-term opportunities
- Use relationship management and storytelling skills to progress opportunities to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring the CRM tool is up-to-date and assisting in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
**You could be the perfect fit if you**
- Speak **Dutch as a first language** and are proficient in English (C1 level at least)
- Have **2 years** of experience as an B2B Inside Sales representative (ISR) **OR**:
- **3 years** of experience in Demand Generation - preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions
- Have experience with Cloud solutions and data center management
- Are experienced in engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
- Are experienced in engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- Are able to express yourself verbally and in written in the above mentioned languages with ease, as well as provide relevant feedback on a professional and respectful manner
- Are a highly organized person with an eye for detail
- Have strong soft skills, empathy and commitment
- Can perfectly balance working independently but also belong to a team and support your colleagues
- Can handle deadlines and be a strong decision maker

- Fixed working days and hours [Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (10am to 6pm)]
