En **STAFFING by RAS**, expertos en selección directa, estamos buscando un/a profesional eficiente y dinámico/a para unirse al equipo de una destacada empresa del sector químico. Si tienes experiência en atención al cliente y logística, esta es tu oportunidad para desarrollarte en un sector en constante crecimiento.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?**:
Formarás parte del equipo encargado de asegurar una atención al cliente impecable y la óptima gestión logística. Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

- Atender y gestionar consultas y reclamaciones de clientes relacionadas con productos químicos, ofreciendo un servicio personalizado y de alta calidad.
- Coordinar con departamentos internos para asegurar la entrega oportuna y correcta de productos dentro de los plazos establecidos.
- Realizar gestiones logístico/administrativas con clientes y proveedores.
- Gestionar los servicios de transporte y tracking de las entregas.
- Gestionar el inventario y realizar seguimiento de pedidos y envíos.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y generar informes de seguimiento de pedidos.

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**:

- Experiência previa de al menos 2-3 años en roles de atención al cliente y logística.
- Formación en Logística, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y empatía para entender y resolver las necesidades de los clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y manejar múltiples tareas de forma simultánea.
- Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle.
- Nível intermedio de inglés. Valorable francés y/o portugués.

**¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS?**:

- Contrato por empresa a jornada completa. 3 meses + indefinido.
- Horario de lunes a jueves de 9.00 a 18.00 con flexibilidad horaria. Viernes jornada intensiva de 8.00 a 15.00.
